You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company,
    or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or
    using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours after your full payment with giving acceptable reason which is acceptable and confirmed by World Music before deliver the goods.

After giving delivery of the products cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods after delivery found not matched with the website products in 24 hours have to inform World Music by calling in +8801766433333 ; +8801819199423
  • The Goods should be in original packaging & intact with receipt.
  • Scratch, dent, broken not eligible for return.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
    returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health
    protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
    inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Scratch, dent, broken not eligible for return.
  • Accessories are not in return option.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet
the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

No refund option, If any type of new products replacement takes place in 24 hours after delivery can give same products another piece, no other option to choose.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You
should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable
to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received
return delivery.

The Goods should be in intact packaging, how we deliver to you.

Cannot take return if the intact packaging is found open.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order and takes 7 to 10 working days to refund.

WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?

We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request in 24 hours. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that applicable delivery charges (If applicable) would be deducted.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return in 24 hours after delivery in intact packaging. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had
the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the
refund to the gift giver in 8 to 12 working days. Make sure the product we send should be in intact packaging. Accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
